ozone injection????

By adding ozone injection to my exisiting skimmer will it increase the performance of it?? I saw a show on television that stated ozone what an excellent water purifier. I have a Aqua C Remora Pro skimmer. on a 40 gal reef.

Ozone is an excellent water purifier if you want to kill the microbals.

I suggest you read Randy's article about ORP, since ozone application in waste management is closely related to it.


My opinion is to discourage anyone from using ozone unless there is nothing else to waste money on.

Good advice. Too much ozone is harmful to all life, so if something goes wrong...

i hear even little amounts of ozone can be toxic to people
