This is my first really negative online vendor experience and I put it out there as a warning. I ordered 10 mangroves from the site listed in the subject line in mid-late October. Payed using paypal - cost $67. Nothing came. I contacted the seller on their site and received no response x 1 wk. I took up an investigation with paypal and used the e-mail listed on their site which bounced back my e-mails (and still does). Then finally I got a e-mail response with some excuse and that my mangroves would be shipping Monday (last week). So I dropped my investigation with paypal. More than one week later and still nothing. No response from any e-mail address on the site and from the one I received my only response from. So today I call - one number listed is disconnected, some guy answers the other, asks if I am looking for mangroves-n-more and then hangs up. Paypal will not let me start another invesitgation. So I am stuck. Not like I am going to die from losing $67 but it still makes me mad. Lessons: 1) be careful of online vendors without any reputation 2) be wary of using paypal for online vendors without a reputation.

You should have not cancelled your dispute untill it was fully resolved. Meaning you had your shipment in hand. Now this knuckled head will skate. Man I hate people that rip off hard working gents like us.

Take it up with your credit card company - assuming that you used a credit card with paypal. Dispute the payment. That'll get paypal's attention. "One investigation" my a$$.

If you paid cash to paypal - well this education on handling money just cost you $67.

I would also complain to the credit card company. I would shut up till I didnt pay for this.

does the company have an address you can write to? maybe they tried to deliver it but the address wasnt written down properly? I wouldnt shut up either till I got my $67 back!! good luck.
