chromis questin.......HELP

i currently have a 65gal up and running but my 6 year old green chromis has started picking at my colt, leather, amd various other corals...

i need to move him to a new home .so if i set up a new tank with rock from my current system as well as water . can i put him in right away . or do i need to wait for this tank to break in as well.. he currently in the sump awaiting the jurys decision......

That would work fine. Change everything out into a 10 gallon tank then move him into that. If you take a little rock, sand, and water from the tank, it would be like doing little more than a water change. IMO.
