Hello All, I ordered a large quantity of Phosar GFO media from Championlighting 2 weeks ago. I ordered from them because I thought I would get my product sooner being they are closer to us. Well 1 week goes by and I contact them. They tell me they are out of the product and it was being dropped shipped from the manufacturer and I should see it by Monday(4/30) or Tuesday(5/1) but they have no tracking number. Well I never got the product. I called on Thursday at 5pm and was told that they could not get me the information I wanted on where my product was. After some rude remarks by the employee about it being after 5 and he could not access the information (I didn't know computers stop work at 5pm) I hung up the phone. So I called back today at 4pm and was told that they did not have anymore information because the manufacturer is closed on fridays. What else could I do so he said call back on Monday. I now feel like I have been given the run around and my credit card has been charged for 2 weeks now. So I get home from work, go to warnermarine.com and get their phone number. I call the number and what do you know Mr. Warner himself answers the phone. I speak with him about the lies from championlighting and he tells me he sent them an email 3 days ago about the status of my order and that he would have it back in stock today. Mr Warner also knew about my order and said it would be out today. He also offered a sample of his new product which was more than generous considering this was not his problem. I have no problem with warnermarine or their products. I see this as a championlighting problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WARNER MARINE! :biggrin:
