This mushroom of mine has been multiplying over the past 2 or 3 months. It is making another little mushroom that is hidden by itself in this picture, the third one of the new colony. Do mushrooms "walk" when they multiply sometimes? This one seems to have moved about an inch every time it makes a new baby mushroom. It used to be on the other side of the rock. I'm sure its not uncommon, but I thought that it was cool that you can see the progression as it moves along to allow space for its baby. I have seen a bunch of shrooms multiply in my tank, but never have I observed them "walking." Check it out.... I am not sure if these pics will work the first time...
