kh reading 0.00

im using a salifert kit so what does mean about my system . im using a knop c calcium reactor for about 6 weeks and my effleunt is reading 6.8ph and tank water ph is8.2 thanks

Not too sure about your tank, but I am pretty sure you may want to do the test again.

tried again and same result.instructions say that reading means my kh value in dkh is 16.0 and alkalinity is 5.71. any info on how to drop these levels to NSW.or do i have a bad test kit
