I have had both. I had a horrible experience with the Red Sea Products. They do not last very long. I would go with the prizm if you have to. Personaly I would spend the extra few dollars and g o with aqua c remora(hang on type) skimmer. Trust me you dont want to be cheap with these things, if you do you will be sorry when you have to constantly re-adjust them. The Remora is great powerful use and forget skimmer. berlin is better skimmer hands down, it sucks when people dont answer the question doesnt it... notice you didnt ask if they both sucked you asked which one was better and the "elitest" reefers just give stupid answers.
