lowering nitrates

does anybody use, or know about coil denitrification units. they sound very cool, but would like to get info about them. any info would be helpful

Don't know anything about coil denitrification. What are you using for filtration? A BB tank can have nitrate problems. A DSB should have no nitrates.

If your nitrates are high just do a water change.
