Has anyone ordered anything from GARF?
Specifically I am interested in the glue that they sell. Is it proprietary or can it be found elsewhere?
Additionally how are their frags?

I can't 'cause I signed the "Non-disclosure Agreement"...

Seriously, without looking at their web site or read anything about the product, I will bet that it is a form of ethyl-cyanoacrylates, or simply, Krazy Glue (tm).

Yeah, any cyanoacrylate super glue would do. Has to be gel.

Although, $20 for two bottles + plugs ain't too bad.

GARF's glue is a thicker gel, and like it has all ready been said, 2 large tubes and plugs for $20 ain't bad at all. I've glue around 35 frags, and still have a tube and some left.

may not be bad, but if they are simply re-labeling gel super glue i dont understand why anyone would go to the trouble of ordering screw the plugs, easy to get those locally also.

I have a bottle of the stuff. It seems (by its appearance and smell) to be superglue gel. It dries more slowly than other superglue gel I've used and for this reason I have had very little success using it for attaching frags, either out of or underwater. I have however found that it works very well for reattaching the mosaic tiles that sometimes come loose on the floor.

When my bathroom tiles fall apart, I will definitely going to use the frag plugs and the GARF instead of the regular tiles... kewl, don't you think?

I have some GARF glue, it comes off your fingers much easier than super glue IMO. I also know of people that use pool liner repair glue. I haven't tired that yet, but I do have some.

gel super glue works best, and you can get the cool no mess kind with the clickity sides at wal mart. way cheaper than 10 bucks a tube.
