eels + no lid = ownage?

Are there any types of eels that would not want to crawl out of my open lid tank? I would like to keep one agian, but my last moray decided he wanted to breathe air rather than water.

I used windowscreen around the back of the tank, glued it right to the tank

How are you going to feel the eel with that screen glued to the tank :?

How about a removable screen holder?

I probably didnt explain good enough

the tank has a canopy over it

the screen is only glued to the tank in the back, where the canopy does not cover

the canopy can be opened, or removed, without affecting the screen
