Im thinking about getting a school of these for my 90 gallon. I was thinking 4 femails and 1 male of the smallest ones i can get. Would this be a good size? Would they be ok with a yellow tang, an imperator angel and possibly a trigger?
Hmmm... Just judging by the size of your tank; it might be on the small side for a school of anthias. I have 1male, 4 females in my 150g, with lots of rock and they are doing OK, but the male seems a little 'anxious'. A 90g might be too small; would lead to it chasing the females around too much.
If you decide to try it; just make sure that all of the females are small. You might end up with two males otherwise. Another way to get a school is to just buy all females and then the dominant female will become male.
