just wondering, gave my buddy my old tank who is a newbie and saw these at the lfs. He just wants to be able to grow some soft corals for now. The tank is a 65g, 18in tall.
Providing he's hitting about 5W per gallon i dont see any problems with Softys or LPS, you might want to tread intrepidly into SPS but go with caution, they may just end up brown, Clams i think may just be beyond them, but if you have enough power you could grow anything.
I just bought a set for my freshie, can wait for them to arrive.
