Hello all,
I am planning to move soon and can not figure out what to do with my tank. There might be a day or two between tear down and set up that I will need to accomidate the livestock. How long can you keep the critters stressed before a total wipe-out is expected. I called my LFS and they would not take back any of the livestock. They are so quick to sell it to you...funny how that is.

Anyway,
Just looking for some advise and/or suggestions.

Regards,

What Rob said. You can keep critters in a rubbermaid for weeks or even months if you like.

I moved from Idaho to Washington, it took two days to get the tank back up. I did like they said, went to Wal-Mart and bought huge rubbermaids. Then i put heater in each, one with live rock and one with fish, along with a powerhead. Put lid on! They like to jump out of the Rubbermaid tubs.

P.S. - no rocks in the fish tub, cause they hide under the rock, then when you go around the corner...you got flounder.
