I mean no offence, but be prepared that you may be witnessing the natural life cycle of cryptocaryon irritans, and not a cure or stabilization.
The parasite spends 4-7 days on the fish, whereafter they leave to multiply in the substrate. Some weeks from now you may witness a reoccurrence of ich, when the parasite have multiplied and is looking for hosts again.
You _could_ be lucky that your fish have aquired full or partial imunity, and will not be reinfected to a deadly level.
