How often to feed Dwarf Lion?

I have a Zebra Dwarf Lion (recently purchased) that I feed with feeder guppies. What I need to know is, will this lion eat feeders everyday, or should I only feed them evey couple of days. And if everyday, how many times?

Try very hard to get him eating frozen food as fw fish are a poor diet in the long run. Sometimes it can take a long time.

Silversides loosely on a thread, (not tied), are an idea. Gut loaded ghost shrimp with a switch to mysis can work as well.

You may need to fatten him up a bit first, so you can make him a little hungry when trying the switch.

Def get him off feeder fish as soon has possible. That diet will untimatley be his premature demise. Try to get him on frozen foods. You will probably have to agitate the food with a feeding stick to fool him into thinking its live food....
