I have bought LSA from ipsf.com, and it is very good. Lots of life. I got it as part of a 9 for $99 with a bunch of other stuff. Good fast service. This place looks good, and is probably cheaper when buying the LSA alone. Let me know how it works out if you end up getting it.
New critters in an old system never hurts. Diversity is everything. I plan on getting these types of packages regularly (2-3x / yr.) to keep things in my SB healthy and diverse. I figure it works in the ocean as new organisms get mixed into open reef sand beds daily, so can't be a bad idea for a home reef. Kinda like trading sand with a fellow reefer.
