Can someone post a pic of there CPR bak pak 2

I think I have somthign wrong with the setup, i no longer have instructions. But, what happends..

when everything is all plugged in, the powerhead pushes water through the skimmer but no bubbles and it makes this loud tick sound. If i unplug one of the rubber hoses on the rio800 it pushes air throught the skimmer aswell as bubbles but the hose thats unpluggled leaks massive amount of bubbles in the tank,

I thought they just sold me a bunk rio, so i bought another one. And this one does the same thing. So i have no idea whats wrong.

If i pull the powerhead off the skimmer it preformes fine, weird.. and the skimmer is clean as well. it did this when it came out of the box, can someone post a pic of ther CPR so i can see if the setup is correct on mine?
