I have a FOWLR 125g w/Wet Dry and a Turbofloater Multi (hanging off the back of the aquarium).

Yesterday when replacing pre-filter pads in the Wet Dry. I got up after replacement and noticed the cup was foaming really wet foam.

After draining the cup and plugging it back it it continued to produce really wet foam.

I have checked the air intake line for blockage... Up till this point it was working great, but I'm at a loss for what I should check.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

You probably just stirred some things up when you changed your pre-filter. Mine always increases foam when I'm stirring things up. It should return to normal after a little while (How's that for being specific  ).

I understand, and if it was just a bit I would agree, but it is "really" wet foam. In fact it's clear when I look at it. Almost like it's pumping to hard, but I'm not sure why changing the filters would cause this or how to fix it.
