I don't think any one with disagree that RO is great water to drink. It is DI that we can debate on. For example, I feel that DI is a waste of money to drink.
Using a storage container that's not opaque or transparent can help reduce this by keeping your water in the dark.
Again, i'd recommend only drinking freshly filtered RO water that you collect in a jug and toss in the fridge or somethign - not drinking it out of your collection bin. eeeeew!!
Most drinking water kit will include a pressurized tank (typically 3 gal with plastic bladder) and a carbon post-filter between the bladder tank and faucet. Some companies recommand clean the bladder tank with bleach periodically, like once a year.
