She's been lying down in her green haddoni anemone for about a week and not eating. I've had her, her mate and the Haddoni for about 2 years and the 3 were doing great. They even had a few offspring. But lately she's been looking tired. Everything else in the tank is great, so I wonder if it may be old age? Anyone know what their life span typically is?
Thanks in advance,
Mark O

Has she ever layed eggs before?

Just like a person, except she is not fertilized, she will be fatigued. My tomato has layed eggs in the past and she seemed very tired before she layed the eggs. Clowns have been reported to live almost 20 years in the home aquarium. That is of course assuming that you know how old they are when you get them.

I have a clown that was wild caught over 15 years ago, so they can live a long time. She is showing no signs of slowing down either, still rules the anemone, she even recently recovered from massive injury that I was sure would kill her..

Does she otherwise look healthy? Nice and fleshy, not skinny?

Her colors and fins look pretty good. She just looks lethargic.
She was laying eggs for about a year, but I haven't seen her lay them in about 3 or 4 months (since I added some scarlet shrimp).
I wouldn't be worried, but she's not eating.
