I have been searching the forums and I have found a few corals that will work. I was wondering if anyone can give me a few more ideas for corals that clowns might host in?

CLOWNS ARE TRICKY CREATURES....some are picky, some arent, some will host around just about anything including pumps...

But my experience is you are best with pacific anonomees. Sabae's and long tentacles work great for me. That and they have great color and only cost between 15.00-50.00 depending on size.

my false percula hosts with my gorgonian, lol, at night he wedges him self inbetween the "branches" one concern is that it might cause the gorgonian to strip

I have 2 cinnamon clowns, they have tried to host in a variety of different corals in my tank
First it was the colt coral, then it was the alveopora (sp?) then it was the tongue coral, now it is the torch coral and the alveopora. (the alveopora keeps getting beat to hell and back, so I think im going to have to part with it before it dies.)
one of them will occasionally lay in my toadstool also

You know, I am happy when my clowns end up not hosting in anything at all.

I know it's cute, but it is my experience that sometimes corals are not really happy with a clownfish wallowing in them.

Attempt, try moving it out of their "realm".The toadstool in the pic above was not happy after awhile w/ them,so I moved it across the tank, and it is happy as can be now,and they don't look twice at it.
