Love the "about us" section. One of the staff is an "accomplished photographer" Hmmmm, Cut and paste, cut and paste. Love to see his work against others in the photography forum, but wait, that would be an act of redundancy in regards to the pictures. :wink:

This is pretty rediculous...Theres no way to prove that one photo is yours...well maybe for a lot of $$$$$ to have it analized but even then, It will be hard to prove this is your picture and they stole it.
What may work nicley is a class action suit from all parties who have stolen images, I wouldn't be suprised if you could get a lawyer to take this free of charge with enough people behind it.
Perhaps one of the WWM folks would have interest and contacts for persuing this if thier photos are being used without consent.

It's quite simple to prove photos are mine, especially since they did nothing to my photo except reduce the size a little and stamp their name on it. Map points on the photo and it'll match up pixel for pixel. I could do it in less then an hour.

Seems weird to me (assuming they're not drop-shipping everything) that they don't simply take pictures of their own stock,, rather than cruising the web and stealing. Sounds like sheer laziness to me.

Luckily I take horrible pictures with lovely eggcrate backgrounds, so I probably don't have to worry about that. But THIS is what KILLS me:
As I scroll down their list and see tons of stuff that IS drug caught. That kind of fraud should be criminally punishable as well- too bad you can't prove it.
