Sebaes are not very hardy due to their mistreatment in collection, housing, and ocasional dying. There are hardier anemones that can be kept instead. BTAs(bubble tip anemones or E.quadricolor) and LTAs(long tentacle anemones or M.doreensis) are easier to keep and will usually be accepted by A.ocellaris.

Now you lighting has good color temp, but what kind of light is it and what wattage are they? How long have you had the tank and how much experience in the hobby do you have?

I just want an anenome in an easy setup 20L but have had no luck with long tenticles my occellaris wants nothing to do with them, so I'm just looking for a suitable host for the clown.

thats the problem, anemones are not the easiest to take care of, actually, one of the hardest.

Your lights aren't bright enough. Get a power compact fixture and then try a bubble tip.

Yup, you don't have nearly enough wattage from the sounds of it.
