Went into one of my LFS' today and saw they had a pico set up on the counter,, one of those Azoo 3/4 of a gallon jobs.

Cool,,,, few little bits of LR and some zoos.. lovely. But what's that blue thing lying on it's side under that piece of LR I asked?

Yep,, it was a Hippo Tang.

I was speechless and I didn't say anything,,, just paid for my bag of IO and walked out.

Sad thing is,, I think this guy knew exactly what he was doing,,, just wanted to make a newbie sale,,,, you know, like when you see some kid and his Mom walking out of Petsmart with a 20g tank, pink gravel, and a bag with 3 yellow tangs in it.

I usually drop at least a grand a year in that LFS,, so it was a bit of a false economy, as I'll never be going back.

Agreed. Maybe your LFS guy can do the math...
