Tubastrea faulkneri

my aposymbiotic Tubastrea faulkneri is no longer doing as well as it was in the picture below. The polyps rarely ever extend anymore and there is some tissue mortality. What can I do to try and save it?

What have you been feeding it and how often?

FWIW, if you make your pics no bigger then 640 pixels then it will make this thread easier to read.

In the past, I found that mine did best under a crevice or in a cave and was target fed.

I've been feeding it ~twice a week with napulii. I'll try making a "cave" or "crevice" for it.
