I live on Iowa/Nebraska border not to far from Omaha. We have some good Aquatic stores in the area but haven't heard of any groups or fun like that near by. Anybody know of some good "local" groups.
Thanks Laura D Mysister and brother are in Iowa City, SO I know right where you are. Have you had a chance to make it to DSM lately. I was there this weekend and Iowa Pet Foods and Aquatics has what looks to be custom 600gal. It is pretty sweet
The reef club alternates their meeting between DSM and IC so I occasionally catch the IC ones.
We have a decent fish store here in Coralville and a new one opening up with potential, so I don't travel to much for fish stuff. There is one we go to in Davenport occasionally as it is just a hour and has nice stuff.
