is this safe to keep

i looked behind my power head and saw this snail type thing no shell it looks like, are they kool to keep in the tank or should i take them out if i see more:chefico: oops forgot and this plant thing is growing to, is this bad its growing fast also.

If your talking about the green filamatous looking thing in the center of the pic I think that is some form of algea. I am not sure about that pic is a little blurry, someone else can probably tell you better.
