NC6 lighting

hey all, i've got a quick question for everyone. i bought a used nanocube 6. the previous owner was in the middle of modding it. i know the stock nc6 has 18w lighting. but the one i bought has a 13w freshwater bulb in it. i ripped open the hood to do some other work and i've attached a picture of the ballast. do u think i could throw a 18w 50/50 bulb using this ballast? i kinda doubt it but who knows? i could be wrong :approve: ? help me get this nano working again! :biggrinpa

look at nanotuners.com...they have lighting retrofits that will be great for the tank

yea i already checked. just trying to figure out if i don't need to spend any more money than i have to :shocked1:
