I think theres adequate resources to be found here in this forum without asking, but Im not sure where you would want to take this knowledge...?

I would put a peacock in a 30g tank, with a titanium heater. If you put in adequate amounts of sand (DSB, preferably) and live rock (like 50lbs.) with a good protein skimmer, you won't need a power filter.
Peacocks rock. Getting a little tougher to find, but that's the route I'd go.
Yes a peacock will get rather large considering around 6-8in at least...and from my understanding pack quite a punch...Im content with my little 2in N. Wennerae..although she is at roughly max size i dont have to have a large set up or a titanium heater due to the fact she isnt strong enough to take down large turbos let alone a glass heater...I think Chip has the right idea on tank size and heater...
