Considering getting out for a bit

So I'm thinking of breaking down my tank for a bit.

I'm going to be doing a little traveling this summer and I'm not sure how long I'll be gone for. In addition, I'm in a rental building with only one circuit for my apartment and so running a chiller is impossible and my apartment is already getting warm.

I don't really want to get rid of everything and start over, but I don't really see any other options. Any suggestions?

The heat and me being gone are two separate problems... not sure how to deal with either. If it were only one issue I'd somehow figure it out, but I can't see how I could solve both.

Eric -- Sadly, I'm going to be here all summer except for a few long weekends. If you can figure out a way to get your entire set-up to my place, I would be willing/happy to take care of it for you. I keep my livingroom ACed all summer to keep my tank cool. I just pitched my broken 58 gal oceanic, but I still have the stand... I don't remember what size your tank is? But if it fits, then I've got a space for it!

I've been running the iceprobe in my 28 gallon, through an Aquaclear 110 power filter. My tank has been at a steady 77.4. It only uses 50w power.
I'm using a sunpod 150w on the tank.

No,

It fits perfectly inside one of the aquaclear filters. I can't remember which one I have. I thought it was the 110, but it's one of the smaller ones.
