Iwasaki says if I make an order of 1440 bulbs, they will make they the 250W version.

If you look at the PAR results Sanjay got testing our new pendant and his results for 250-watt MH bulbs (both linked to in Greg's article) you'll see we're in the 250-watt MH PAR range already.

Cost wise, just keep in mind the pendant doesn't come with a ballast. It does look like an awesome idea though.

You'll probably find this real hard to believe...I bought a new tank today :roll:

Pretty sweet, it's glass, about 7 gallons, and has curved corners. The cool thing though is that it's braceless, so it looks exactly like an acrylic tank, minus the top. I've never seen a tank like this before. The LFS said they came from China, but didn't know the maker. I would actually buy this pendant for it, but I already have a 96W PC pendant that it fits perfectly.
