I know of a person that kept some large fish from his tank in the freezer, one day he could not take it any more and -eat- one or two! (REAL story).

I feed small fish to the anemone, The larger one's I bury them under fruit trees. Peaches in the following season are always sweeter...........

Yeah, I bury all sort of things under the fruit trees too, from scraps from fishing trips, to my son's Yugioh card that I don't want them to play anymore, secretly......

However my sons don't seems to enjoy peaches as much as I do.....

I usually do not find my dead fish, just notice they have been missing for an extend time.

Me too. The clean-up crew gets them by the time I miss them.

I can understand burying for the sentimental reefer, but freezing them, that's just weird. :)

I have buried fish, however.

I think that's cool. If I could go back, there are certainly a few that I wish I would have buried.

Posting it twice won't make it happen, Chris, no matter how hard you wish for it ;)

i've never frozen my fish but i i have buried one or two.

*pokes nose in on conversation*

I used to bury fish when I was a kid. Cried too! But that was a long time ago. Back when the most complicated part of my set up was the airstone. Ah those were the days.

. . . . no. I don't even have fish right now. Now that I have departed from the aforementioned setup it is taking me a while to afford the equipment. Thankfully though, after a year of planning and buying piece by piece, I am about 3 weeks away from putting water into my tank. :D

i meant do they still make airstones... it was supposed to be a joke. guess not a very good one. ;)

congrats on being so close to setting up again. getting a little at a time is the best way to go i think. then you can get the best of everything a little at a time if you want. :D

Oh, lol, I thought you were asking if my fish still had airstones!! 8O I was like "No. . . they're dead. . . " I thought I said something stupid. Yeah, it has been hard because most of my money goes to The Univ of Oklahoma but I stash money where I can so I can sneek off to buy a skimmer here a heater there, even if I could only afford a liquid crystal thermometer to stick on one of several places on my tank I would buy stuff all the time! :) To keep me company I have a clown fish shaped kelp holder suction cupped to the side of my tank. . . . lol. . .

be afraid of that sea clone buddy. be very afraid. Its a good little skimmer for the money, but you will soon be replacing it after youve screwed with it for the hundreth time.
