just looking for some ideas how i should mount the controller.....
the RK2's temp probe doesnt come with any suction cup mount.....where are your mounted or free floating?

also should i put the ph probe in the beginning of the sump(drain( or at the end(return pump) or should i just put it in the middle(fuge)

My probe was just put into the fuge but now it's in the overflow chamber on the aquapod, The power strip I used Sheetrock screws and mounted it to the wall. The face is Velcrod inside my stand to the door.

I screwed my RK2 to the side of one of the doors, when I want to control or see something I just open the door.

The temp probe is in between my baffles in my sump (you want these in an area where there is some movement of water)

My ph probe is also in between my baffles, (see above)

AC Jr is stuck to the side of my stand with velcro. The PH and Temp probes, as well as my salinity probe from my pinpoint are just dangling in the sump.

The PH and Temp Probes are in the intake section of the sump.

My heater is set to the 85 and my rk2 is set to cut off at 79. Lights are set so that if the temp hits 80 they turn off. Everything is programmable on the rk2.

My advice to you is to set the heater 5 degrees more than you want it to turn off at and then set the RK at the temp you want the tank to remain at.

Example set your heater to 85 and the rk2 to 80 if you want the tank to be at 80 degrees.

The RK2 does not have a turn on temp and the ability to set a different turn off temp for heaters?

There should be a 1-2 deg differential to avoid the heater or chiller from cycling on and off in short durations.
