400 Double Ended "HQI" .... Icecap 400W ballast

Cool. Not much info of utility, unfortunately. I know it was a long shot since these things just appeared on the market. But according to Sanjay's www.advancedaquarist.com October article, it doesn't seem like there's enough advantage to switch from my original plan of a mogul 400W + Lumenarc reflector.
