Protein Skimmer

I am trying to find a good protein skimmer for a 15 gallon tank that would comparable to the HOT skimmers from My Reef Creations. I need one now and I was told that teirs would not be available until November or December. I currently have a Red Sea Prizm Deluxe and am tired of constantly adjusting it and cleaning up after the collection cup overflows. I have heard good things about the Remoras from AquaC. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link Chris. After dioing some searching in the forums I have come to the conclusion that the Remora is the way to go.

Hi USMC81,

I've just bought a Remora skimmer. It's been running for a little over 1 week and it's doing great on my small 37g tank. I believe they are rated for 75g. IMHO the Remora is a GREAT HOT skimmer. You can also upgrade the pump to a MJ1200, which I went ahead and did, but the regular pump may be fine for the 15g size.
