Looks healthy. Good choice on the Fridmani! Your aquascaping is a bit too symetrical and unnatural looking for my taste. Other than than it looks great.

Boy Jim, either your eyes are really sharp or you know something I don't. Where is the fridmani?

Great, great fish, btw. Do you have a single one or multiple?

Jeez, eagle eye.

So pseudo, can you post pics of your setup, larger closeups of the tank, etc.? I like how clean your tank equipment looks. Other than that cord in the back it's largely devoid of human clutter.

I just love that fish, and I sing it's praises every chance I get. :D Small, colorful, hardy as heck and peacful and can be kept in groups. Not only that bit it's color doesn't fade like some other purple dottybacks.
Awesome reef fish.

Ditto. I have two pairs, one in a 12 g, and one in a 40 g. Anyway, back to pseudo's tank!

Thanks Jim, Matt-

I am not such a great photographer (any suggestions or tips on how to tank shoot?)but here goes a couple...

Jim you do have sharp eyes but that is a purple pseudochromis unless I am mistaken and Fridmani is another name for that...

And Matt, that black wire is just a temp powerhead I have to aleviate a dead spot in the back of the tank...I too like the non human appearance.

What species of anthias is that? I'd like to know what will get along with fridmanis.

are you getting alot of algea on the glass? until i bought a magnet it was a major chore to clean now its a piece a cake

i'm getting more algae than i ever bargained for -- i cured my 120lbs of LR in my display tank, and hoooooo-boy, i gots me some algae.

the good news is that it's cycling through various micros quickly, and i also have a huge diversity of macro types...

and heck, i don't mind the micro so much as long as it's not forever and doesn't negatively impact the other critters in the tank (i'm running very spare until the tank matures anyway). the bryopsis and hair algae make great homes for pods and other good critters, so it's all good. :)

and yep -- without a magnet i'd be unable to see in the tank. ^_^
