Damaged Aquapod

Just a warning. I ordered Aquapod from online vendor. The tank was cracked when I open the box. This happend twice. Think twice buying glass tank online.

Had a problem with F&S that was remidied and a new tank was sent no charge you must request ups shipping for the replacement not fedex and make sure to tell them to put FRAGILE and GLASS Stickers on it.

Thanks chief, that's just what I did after seeing your reply. Got it from F&S also, their customer service is great. Hope this time, my tank will be ok. It was disappointment and I could not believe it happen to me twice.

well the way these carriers handle our products is something you can only dream about... ill put it to you this way, they throw stuff into the truck like it was a basketball :tired: WTF!!!!....

My UPS guy is the worst he slows the truck and throws the box to the steps and if it said fragiel on it he dont slow down at all!!!!

When I got mine it was broken too. F&S replaced it w/o issue. I can't believe that they don't but any warning stickers on the box. Chief, what's the difference if you tell them UPS or FedEX? Mine was delivered both times by FedEX.

Steven the only I found was that by talking to F&S and telling them to switch shippers they put some stickers on the box that said fragile and I think they told UPS that this was a 3rd shipment and to be careful, MY UPS guy although is lazy, the fed ex people who deliver to my condo complex are a little rough to say the least with packages.
