What bad things have you heard about coralvue? I like the coralvue 20K it's not as blue as some other 20k's. The 14k's I've seen have a slight blue tint to them.
Good luck.

I am using 14000K coralvue bulbs, which I belive are pretty new, since I cant find much about them online. So far so good, the place I bought them from said I would love them.

My baby Maxima has colored up really nice and gets HUGE mantle expansion during the day under them. I'm going to wait until I have more corals that are red and non-blue/green color to see how they look, I may end up replacing them with 10000K's when the time comes. I do not run any supplimental lighting, just 3, 250w 14000k coralvue bulbs.

My camera is awful and old, but it gives you an idea of the color on the bulb...
