all i am wanting is an answear, i have a 150 gal im going to setup in the near future. its 48in long and i believe about 30 tall. what i am wanting to know would 440 watts by using power compacts be sufficent? all i am wanting to have is LR and some corals.i have came across a good deal to buy two compacts 220 watts each for $60 a piece. thanks for your time

440 watts of PCs will be sufficient for only very hardy corals. This includes some soft corals and a few LPS corals, but definitely no SPS corals or clams. Ideally, you should aim for twice the amount of light you're currently planning.
