I decided to buy one. I did not have a great experience at first as I recieved a broken one from the place I dealt with. Also, the setup experience was not so great. Yet, it is up and running and doing a fine job after 24 hours of run time.
I really like what I have now that it is put together and running. However, I since I don't have any experience with any other skimmers other than a modified Seaclone and a Remora, I don't know where I stand with my investment.
Price of item + time to set up + ease of setup/total investment +performance = amount of satisfaction
