Had to run to the Keys Sunday morning. The weather sucked and I didn't get to get wet at all. Only stayed one night. I did get to stop at one of my favorite places, Windley Key Geologic State Park. It's basically an old Key limestone quarry that reveals the cross section of a reef that was stranded above sea level 100,000 years ago when the last major interglacial ended and sea level dropped.

Kool. If you ever get to the Biltmore Estate in Ashville NC. You can see fosilised sea shells and such in the stones that were used to build the walls.
