Paint for Back Glass

Hey all,
Im getting my 180 "aggresive tank" in the next week or so and planned on painting the back (drk blue/black) instead of putting up with a backround picture. Ive never painted before and was wondering how to do this and with what type of paint.

btw, I had planned on using just plain flat black or navy paint and brushing it on.

I myself like the black background. I spray painted (nice even coat) and it looked sharp! Talk about seeing all the colors. Many other discussions on this around here in the past.

Shoot, I'd take anything other than the plastic taped on picture background.

No ****,,,,, I hate the tape and the cutting the right size etc..... like you dont have enought stuff to worry about already!

Use a paint roller. Then you don't have to worry about overspray as much. Just tape off the edges.

Any particular type of paint?

I've used regular rustoleum flat black spray paint.
