10,000k MH bulb for Blue Wave 7

I am looking to change my current Hamilton 14k 250W with a 10,k bulb. Currently they are running on a Blue Wave 7 ballast. Does anyone know where to find some comparisons with my ballast with different 10k bulbs or a good bulb to run with my current ballast? i looking for better growth. Also I already supplement my MH with 2 URI 110w super actinic.

Isn't the Blue Wave an icecap ballast in a fancy box?

JP try the XM 10k or (my favorite) the EVC 10k. Both are great for sps growth and color. It's a very natural white with a bit of yellow. You'll need to balance it out, the ATI Blue Plus T5 bulb matches nicely. It also has good par which will help prevent shading that can occur with MHs.

Also running a DE bulb will pull closer to 400 watts. If you're really set on running DE 250s just upgrade to 400 watts. Same electricity & heat but more bulb choices.
