What Size is best?

I came into a deal on an Aqua C Remora skimmer, but without pump. It will go on a 55 cycling with LR. What is the best brand/size powerhead/pump to run this skimmer? I'm thinking a Rio 1400, but thought I might find great suggestions here.....what do you think??

Second the MJ 1200. I was told by the folks at Aqua C not to upgrade the pump to a mag 3. It supposedly will reduce the skimmers efficiency. It's rated to work most effectively with the gph the MJ (or crappy Rio) puts out. Don't buy the Rio.

Mine's been running for 16 months and works great.

If my mag3 is reducing my skimmer's efficiency, I'd be pretty impressed with a pump that would make it run even better than it already does! I'll go with the mag3.

I fourth the recommendation for the MJ, avoid the Rio completely...those are crappy pumps.
