How did the woman's friend get in the place without draining all the water?

I like the stereotypical program the woman is watching on the TV...all about shoes!

Hmmm.. a room that's a reef tank.. Similar to bathhouses.. except with a reef that you can walk barefoot about... cleaner shrimp could keep your toes all healthy and fresh without the worry of korean nail salon disease of death! You could walk about the fish (no stone fish)... it'd totally be cool!


Ok where can I apply for a grant to build it :)
