PanWorld 100PX, Question on I/O housing??

Hello,

Can these pumps be mounted vertically, that is on a wall instead of on a level surface?

Also, if you can mount it vertically. Can you take the I/O housing and turn it 90 degrees so the outspout points upwards instead of parallel to the floor? It appears that the housing bolts are symmetrical and can be adjusted but I don't want to tear it apart to find out I blew it.

I can't imagine why it wouldn't work, does anyone have any experience with these pumps. I did this with a MagDrive and it worked fine. I tried contacting Pan World directly but haven't gotten through. Thanks for any help..............

i dont see why not. you can do it with little giants and iwaki and the panworld looks like the same sort of design, it should work fine. i dont think these pumps can draw in water so make sure water flows to the input naturally.
