Another sad day for the hobby

Am very sorry to hear of Greg's passing. Although I only met him once, I have learned a lot from him about reefkeeping through his writings over these many years. It is always sad to lose a pioneer like Greg who generously shared his knowledge and experiences with others.

WOW! I step away for a few days and find this!

Greg was one of the people that really helped me with advise when I was first getting in to this hobby. He was involved with the Brooklyn Aquarium Society and was an awesome guy that was very generous with his knowledge (which was CONSIDERABLE). I am so sorry to hear that he has passed away.

Greg had a huge impact on our hobby, especially NY reefers.
A very common figure at the BAS meetings, he gave his time, knowledge and corals.
