I can only guess without a list of relevant water parameters.

I've only seen coralline die off from temp, salinity, ALK, and chemical warefare from soft corals.

Any of these could also explain your other stuff dying.

When your house was flooded how long was the tank without circulation? How much live rock do you have? What animals are dying?

water circulation was off for 3 days temp went down to 60 we lost all heat, electric everything my lfs gave me some bio something and i scrapped off all the goop left from the soft corals there isnt anything left no fish no crabs no nuttin. maybe some green stars but thats it all softies died
