I have a 75 gal. tank. My lights are Coral Life Two 65 watt 10,000K and two 65 watt True Actinic. And a 40 watt strip light.

How many hours should I have the lights on? (For the BTA)

i have a BTA and i leave the lights on about 12 hrs. i have the same light system and i have a less lighting because one of my ballast blew on my 65 atinic. so the BTA stays on the 10k and atinic side with a little help of a powerhead, too
does any body know were i can get a 65 watt ballast for coralife. i dont have the receipt and can not get a free one.

I also do 12 hours, leaving the daytime (bright) lights on 10 hours and the actinics 12 hours. Actinics come one 1 hour before daytime lights and stay on 1 hour after bright lights go off. Dusk/Dawn effect. Seems to work so far, except for my anemone (another story, another post...lol). He seems to be afraid of the dark! But 12 hours I think is pretty much the norm, unless you have some kind of special circumstances.
