i had an outage today and the tunze wouldn't resart.
i cleaned it with vinegar to get the calcium deposits out of the shaft area and now it will spin but it jumps around in there and shakes the whole unit.
it moves very little water.
i put my finger inside the shaft area and it feels clean.
there is a washer towards the outer area of the shaft's hole and i believe i have it placed in there correctly.
the entire prop can be pulled out without this washer coming out as of now. previously it was stuck to the prop shaft and i assume that is why it wouldn't work... is this correct?
any other ideas?
